Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has announced the acquisition of TTK Healthcare’s Good Home and Eva brands for ₹256 crore, further strengthening its presence in India’s home care and personal care categories. The move marks Wipro Consumer Care’s 17th acquisition, reinforcing its strategy of expanding through a mix of organic growth and strategic brand acquisitions.
Good Home has built a strong presence in the home care segment with products such as air fresheners, odour removers, scrubbers and drain cleaners. Eva, meanwhile, is a well-known personal care brand offering deodorants, no-gas perfumes, underarm roll-ons and talcum powders. Together, the two brands generated ₹148 crore in revenue during FY26.
Commenting on the acquisition, Kumar Chander, CEO, Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and MD, Wipro Enterprises, said the addition of Good Home and Eva strengthens the company’s portfolio in categories with long-term growth potential. He added that Wipro plans to build on the brands’ existing equity through innovation, wider market reach and sustained investments.
Neeraj Khatri, CEO, Wipro Consumer Care, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term strategy of expanding its home and personal care business with trusted consumer brands.
TTK Healthcare Executive Chairman T.T. Raghunathan said Wipro Consumer Care’s FMCG expertise and proven track record make it well-positioned to take both brands into their next phase of growth.
Following the completion of the transaction, Good Home and Eva will continue under their existing brand identities, while benefiting from Wipro Consumer Care’s manufacturing, R&D, marketing and distribution capabilities to accelerate future growth.
