Sense Banta Hai: Prudential Health India’s New Campaign Bets on Everyday Logic

Prudential Health India has rolled out Sense Banta Hai, its first-ever brand campaign, tackling the everyday confusion around health insurance with humour and relatable family moments. Created by TBWA\Lintas, the digital-first campaign is anchored by actor Sharib Hashmi across three films, each built around a real customer situation paired with one of the insurer’s offerings.

The first film follows a parent weighing long-term health protection for their child, introducing Child Protect. The second shows someone recovering from a fracture struggling to locate a physical medical bill, leading into Pre-Post Express Pay. The third captures a family reading a medical report differently from one another, before pointing to the value of a doctor consultation post health check-up.

Amit Dave, MD & CEO Designate, Prudential Health India, said the brand’s ambition is to support customers before, during and after a health event – whether through Child Protect, reducing reimbursement friction via Pre-Post Express Pay, or enabling better health understanding through consultations. He added that Sense Banta Hai reflects the belief that insurance should be practical and genuinely helpful.

Manesha Kulkarni Colaco, CMO, Prudential Health India, said the campaign was shaped by research with consumers and advisors that surfaced how disconnected insurance often feels from real needs. She noted that Sense Banta Hai is more than a campaign – it’s now a decision standard guiding every product and customer experience, while giving agency and D2C teams a shared language to build trust.

The campaign is currently live across digital platforms as part of an integrated rollout.
