Wealth-tech platform Ionic Wealth has launched a campaign built around a simple insight: when money decisions get serious, even confident investors want someone to double-check their thinking. The campaign introduces Ionic Wealth AI (IWAI), an institutional-grade tool designed to give high-net-worth individuals personalised portfolio insights – positioned not as a replacement for advice, but as an additional perspective layered onto Ionic Wealth’s existing “wealth co-founder” identity.
The campaign runs across two films, each dramatizing high-stakes financial moments – ESOP liquidation and funding a child’s education – where relationship managers walk investors through the decision while nudging them toward IWAI as a second, AI-backed opinion.
Under the hood, IWAI blends an investor’s historical financial data with Ionic Wealth’s own domain expertise to answer client queries with personalised, context-aware insights. Beyond point-in-time advice, it tracks an investor’s longer-term financial trajectory, monitors market shifts, and flags how those shifts might ripple into their portfolio or behaviour – while also surfacing gaps and opportunities specific to their situation.
Co-founder and CEO Srikanth Subramanian framed the feature as a response to investors wanting a perspective tailored to their own journey, not generic guidance – one that pairs personal context with institutional knowledge to sharpen decision-making.
The feature lives inside the Ionic Wealth app and activates through a consent-based sync with MF Central, letting users control what financial data they share while allowing the platform to connect past transactions with current holdings for more grounded, personalised insights.
