MakeMyTrip has partnered with Meta to introduce Creator Circle, a new creator engagement programme designed to strengthen the role of content creators in travel discovery and trip planning. The initiative reflects the growing influence of social media on travel decisions, where short-form videos and creator-led recommendations are increasingly shaping consumer choices.

Through Creator Circle, MakeMyTrip will collaborate with travel and lifestyle creators to develop content focused on destinations, travel tips, itineraries, and emerging traveller trends. The programme is open to creators with more than 10,000 followers who meet the platform’s eligibility criteria.

What sets the initiative apart is its performance-based approach. Instead of rewarding creators based solely on audience size, compensation will be linked to the engagement generated by their content, highlighting a shift towards impact-driven creator partnerships.

Participants will gain access to travel insights, audience data, and content resources to help create more relevant and informative travel content. Meta will support the programme through training and educational resources aimed at enhancing creator capabilities.

The initiative will be executed in collaboration with Collective Artists Network through its creator platform, Galleri5. As part of the launch, MakeMyTrip and Meta recently hosted an awareness event that brought together over 100 travel and lifestyle creators to discuss content strategies, programme guidelines, and best practices.

With Creator Circle, MakeMyTrip aims to build deeper connections with travellers through authentic creator voices while encouraging more meaningful and engaging travel content across digital platforms.
