MakeMyTrip’s New Campaign Puts Its Most Ambitious AI Feature Centre Stage

MakeMyTrip has launched two new brand films featuring actors Aparshakti Khurana and Manjot Singh, built around a simple but sharply observed truth: travellers ask a lot, and the demands only get more specific with time.

The films capture scenarios that will feel instantly familiar – a hotel room in Goa with sunrise views but absolutely no direct sunlight, and a family holiday where parents want peace, children want the pool, and nobody wants to compromise. At the centre of both films is Myra, MakeMyTrip’s AI-powered travel assistant, positioned as the one thing that can actually sort the chaos.

The campaign’s standout line does the heavy lifting with quiet efficiency: “Life ka mess? On you guys. Trip ka mess? Myra sambhaal legi.” It draws a clear, playful boundary around what the assistant handles- and what remains firmly the traveller’s problem.

The films arrive on the back of Myra 2.0, a significant upgrade that takes the assistant from a planning tool to a full end-to-end booking platform. Within a single conversational interface – and entirely by voice if preferred – Myra now handles everything from initial search through to confirmed, paid booking. The assistant supports eight languages including Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Telugu and English.

Raj Rishi Singh, Chief Operating Officer at MakeMyTrip, said Aparshakti and Manjot bring the contrast between travel complexity and booking simplicity to life in a way that feels both relatable and entertaining.
