MobiKwik Achieves Q4 FY26 Profit of Rs 4.38 Crore, Slashes Annual Losses

Fintech leader MobiKwik flipped to profitability in Q4 FY26, reporting Rs 4.38 crore net profit versus a Rs 56 crore loss last year. Full-year FY26 losses shrank to Rs 62.1 crore from Rs 121.5 crore in FY25.

March quarter revenue from operations climbed to Rs 288.7 crore, up from Rs 267.7 crore, driven by payments and financial services expansion.

EBITDA hit Rs 17.4 crore in Q4-the second straight profitable quarter at operating level, with a Rs 63.2 crore year-on-year gain. Annual EBITDA surged Rs 74.2 crore, nearing breakeven.

MobiKwik channeled Rs 54.7 crore into its merchant payments arm during FY26, targeting 10x growth by FY28. Core business margins will fuel this and other ventures.

For FY28, four new engines anchor the roadmap: aggressive merchant onboarding via QR codes, soundboxes, and EDC devices; robust data systems for lending and online acquiring; wider bank co-lending ties plus an in-house lending book; and merchant credit launch. AI will optimize every operation.

This profit pivot signals MobiKwik’s maturity amid UPI dominance, positioning it for explosive scaled growth.
