Esports powerhouse NODWIN Gaming clocked Rs 658 crore consolidated revenue in FY26-25% organic growth-flipping to Rs 21 crore EBITDA profit from FY25’s Rs 14 crore loss.

Restructuring shone: deconsolidating lossy Freaks4U, plus live events, content, and IP surges. Core verticals-Live (tournaments, festivals, activations) and Content (broadcasts, digital, scripted)-drove momentum.

Highlights: NH7 Weekender’s Pune relaunch as “Festival of India”; Comic Con India to 11 cities (Kochi, Guwahati, Gurugram, Jaipur, Chennai, Pune). Global pushes: Swahili Esports Champions Uganda, Live Matters Hong Kong. NODWIN leads India for Esports Nations Cup 2026.

Partnerships: MLMS with MOBA Legends, OMEN at CES 2026, PUBG Mobile Club Open Eastern Europe; StarLadder’s Counter-Strike Major in Budapest.

IPO prep: New board additions—Manish Agarwal, Arnd Benninghoff, Sidharth Kedia-for governance and capital. Investor talks ongoing; AI tools rolled out in finance, HR, sales.
