Shveta Arya has been appointed Group Chief Strategy Officer at Mahindra Group, effective September 15, 2026. Reporting to Group CEO Anish Shah, she will lead the Group Strategy Office, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and unlocking value across Mahindra’s diverse portfolio. Arya brings over 23 years of experience, most recently serving as Managing Director of Cummins India.
