Voltas Beko has launched “Sense Toh Banta Hai,” a new brand campaign featuring actor Manoj Pahwa in a series of digital films for its refrigerator and washing machine categories. The campaign is rooted in a shift in how homes buy appliances: decisions now involve partners, parents and younger family members alongside the primary homemaker. Using humour and everyday situations, the films show what the products deliver instead of relying on technical language.
The platform marks a change from the brand’s earlier “Tested by Real Moms” communication, which focused on how its products performed in everyday Indian homes. Where that campaign proved performance, the new one celebrates the practical thinking behind smart buying, positioning practical decision-making and real product experience at the centre of how consumers assess home appliances.
Nirpesh Agarwal, chief executive officer, Voltas Beko, said Indian consumers are among the smartest and most discerning in the world, and being a smart buyer should not mean navigating layers of marketing jargon. According to him, the campaign brings the conversation back to what matters: a refrigerator that keeps food fresh, a washing machine that performs, and appliances engineered for Indian homes and built to last.
The campaign will run across digital platforms, with separate films for refrigerators and washing machines. It follows consumer activations the brand has conducted across key markets. Agarwal added that when quality is evident and value is clear, a product simply makes sense, and the brand wants that idea to become the new benchmark for the modern Indian home.
