Voltas has launched its new campaign, “AC Jo India Ko Samjhe,” to promote the Zest AI air conditioner range, blending smart technology with relatable, everyday storytelling. Conceptualised by Schbang, the campaign features Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor in a warm, slice-of-life narrative built around a mother-son relationship.

The films draw a parallel between a mother’s intuitive understanding of her child and the AI capabilities of the AC, positioning technology as something personal rather than complex. Through light, situational moments, the campaign showcases key features such as adaptive cooling based on user behaviour, an energy management mode that tracks and optimises consumption, and geofencing that enables pre-cooling based on the user’s location.

By embedding product functionality into familiar household interactions, the storytelling makes advanced features easier to understand and more relevant to Indian consumers. The narrative avoids technical jargon, instead focusing on emotional relatability and everyday convenience.

According to Pragya Bijalwann, the campaign reflects the brand’s belief that true comfort lies in understanding people, not just delivering performance. Meanwhile, Harshil Karia emphasised the importance of aligning product truth with human insight to create meaningful communication.

Rolled out across digital platforms, the campaign uses multiple films tailored for online audiences, reinforcing Voltas’ positioning as a brand that combines intelligent technology with human-centric design.
