YAAP Digital has appointed media industry veteran Raj Nayak as its Chairman and Managing Director following the passing of founder Atul Hegde on July 7, 2026. Previously a member of YAAP’s advisory board, Nayak will now lead the company’s strategic direction and operations while working closely with the existing leadership team. With over three decades of experience across STAR TV, NDTV Media, and Viacom18, he steps into the role to carry forward Hegde’s vision and legacy.
